Most of our clients employees aren’t familiar with content creation so how can we ensure that the content they create is up to our standard?

None of the content that you source through the platform will be posted automatically so you don’t need to worry about content leaking through the cracks. The Source It platform has educational resources on it so that employees can improve their content creation skills, but we urge agencies to think of Source It Content as the first draft in the content creation process. The content that’s sourced through the app will benefit from some additional editing on your end before the content is posted on social media.

Why would an employee want to create content and when would they do this?

Employees are incentivized to create content through our rewards program, allowing them the flexibility to choose their own timing. However, we recommend establishing a clear company policy when implementing this program to ensure all employees understand the appropriate times for content creation.
